Note: There are two possible progression paths here. Bridges (A and B), and Hinges (X and Y). If you have the desire to work on deadlifts or harop/nordics, start with hinge practice and move into either. If you have the desire to work on bridges, start with bridges and progress through your chosen path. Ultimately it will come down to what equipment you have and what you want to work on.
